How do I divide my energy to get the most out of my day?

So, i've come to realise that the people that inspire me follow the passions that inspire them and they do this with what seems like endless grace, peace and time. I follow so many of my passions and inspirations but still feel like I am getting no-where. Lets go through them 1 by 1 and work out what i really think about them and how I would ideally like to live with this passion. In no particular order.

1 - Teaching.

Children, wonderful beings and true humans. Full of light, energy and promise. Working with them is a real pleasure and something that I am honored to do. However, how do I get the energy balance right? I put so much into my teaching: Children love my lessons but I am left feeling exhausted at the end of most days and invariably end up very ill at some point of the term....
Q1. How do I divide my energy to get the most out of my day.

2 - Music

Playing my guitar and singing inspire me so much and I would love to do this for a whole day a week, at least! I know that I could be a much better guitar player if I put my mind to it and if I had the time I would write more corkers of songs. Of late, I have been enjoying playing so much and have written songs that I am very proud of. I know my songs bring other people great joy. The LVP is an inspiring ensemble to be in, My duet with Nick is great and going to be so successful and playing with Lynia and World Runners when gigs come up is great!
Q2. How do I keep doing all of my music things when I am so tired from school? What is the most important thing to me

3 - Running

Running keeps me fit and trim. I love it when I have a running routine. It gives me space in my brain and body to breathe and be more active. I have suffered from countless injuries and it is very frustrating but I want to keep it going.
Q3. How can I fit in a fitness routine when school and music are in my life and are so important to me?

4 - Yoga

Without yoga I start to feel so lost, stuck and trapped in my body. Yoga makes me stronger in body and brain. The way I feel after a yoga class is the way I would like to feel in my life in general. I would like to be more conscious of my every breath and use that consciousness to provide space in my day.
Q4. How can I fit in yoga to an already busy day? I know it will help me.

5 - Eating

I know that when I eat well and look after myself I am able to be stronger and more focused. Eating well and not too much makes me feel cleaner and alive
Q5. Why do I still feed myself with foods that will make me unwell, namely sweet things?

6 - Learning

Just writing this next section is making me exhausted! I love me a good bit of learning! I'm interested in so many things. Once I finish my masters i would love to take courses in Massage, Yoga and all things holistic.
Q6. How does this fit in with what I want to do?

Ok... so now to answer these questions...

Why?

People often ask me how I fit so much into my day, week, life in fact everything I do people seem to be flabbergasted. I admit, I am a busy person but I just want to live and to be alive, I can not sit still for too long.

My idea here is to document a bit of what I do a bit more. So I can look back and remember but also so I can find a bit more space to calm the mind and get some energy into my reserves. I would like to create day 8 of the week.
